Kindly note that the All-Inclusive formula for Egyptians, Foreign Residents, and Gulf & Middle East guests includes only soft drinks and does not include Alcoholic drinks.

*Please note that your check-in time is at 14:00 PM and the checkout time is at 12:00 PM, early check-in starts from 08:00 AM and is subject to Hotel’s availability upon arrival and late check-out with an extra charge subject to availability upon check-out.

*Wi-FI

Hotel provide for the guests speed Wi-Fi at the Lobby and the Pool area 2 GB per device is provided to all guests on complimentary basis and High speed internet packages available at the Reception against extra charge.

*Children’s & Extra Bed Policy*

• Maximum number of children in a room are 02 children.
• Maximum Child age is 11.99 years old.
• First children sharing parent’s room up to 11.99 years old are free of charge on the same meal plan
• Second child from 0.99 till 5.99 year old free of charge on the same meal plan
• Second child from 06.00 till 11.99 years old will be charged 25% from the room rate
• Children extra charges will be calculated automatically above room rate.
• Child above 12 years old are considered to be an extra person, in this case, different conditions and extra payment not calculated on the final room rate should be paid for separately upon check-in
• Extra Bed is a rollaway bed and remains subject to availability.
• Family rooms with 2 children sharing parent’s room till 10.99 years old are free of charge.

*Cancellation Policy
Peak periods

• If canceled or modified up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will
  be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Low periods

• If canceled or modified up to 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will
  be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged

*Restaurants’ Attire Policy

To provide a pleasant atmosphere throughout our restaurants, especially during dinner we are pleased to inform you that restaurants dress code is smart casual, no shorts or swimming suites will be allowed at any of the resort’s restaurant.

*Non Smoking rooms

Our property only has non-smoking rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed.

*Airport Transfer

We can arrange airport transfers for you upon your request.

– Two ways (Airport – Hotel – Airport) will cost 45 € Mini Bus (for more than 2 – 6 travelers )

– One way (airport – hotel) will cost 45 €

– Two ways (Airport – Hotel – Airport) will cost 70 €

Please let us know which transfer you would like to book and the route for one or two ways and the flight details such as time, flight number and airport ,at least 3 days before arrival date to reconfirm your transfer The driver will be waiting for you outside the airport exit holding a sign with your name.
